You should have no less than 5 meg free. Some models can be larger than 100 meg depending on the format and the model. 16 meg of ram is preferred, but 8 meg will work. Memory can become a problem if too many applications are open. If you experience problems be sure to close all other applications. When you are in the "4 steps to download" screen the default download path will be "c: \datashop." You can use this path or change to a different path you have permission to download to. Networking may be a problem. If you are accessing a network drive and continue to experience problems, try downloading to the "c: \" drive. Try rebooting after problems have occurred.
